Applications are invited from interested and eligible candidates for JUNIOR RESEARCH
FELLOWS (JRFs) in Zoological Survey of India in HQ, Kolkata and regional centres. The
position is for a period of five years and purely on temporary basis and will be terminated on
completion of the project. On Completion of two years, the JRF will be upgraded to SRF
based on satisfactory performance and assessment through Expert Committee.

from a recognised
University with
minimum 60%
marks.
Pay Scale : Rs.12,000/- +
Admissible

Age Limit : The upper age limit is 28 years as on date of 01.04.2015. The age limit may be relaxed up
to 5 years, as in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST.
