Applications are invited from the practicing Advocates for filling up
02 vacant posts of ADDITIONAL DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE
by direct recruitment in the Uttarakhand Higher Judicial Service in the pay
scale of Rs.51,550-1,230-58,930-1,380-63,070, in accordance with the
provisions of the Uttarakhand Higher Judicial Service Rules-2004.
Number of posts may increase or decrease.
ADDITIONAL DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE : 02(UR-01, SC-01)
Pay Scale : Rs.51,550-1,230-58,930-1,380-63,070/-
Age Limit : Applicants must have attained the age of 35 years and must not have
attained the age of more than 45 years on the 1st day of January 2015.
In other words, applicants should have been born on or after 02.01.1970
and on or before 01.01.1980. Relaxation in age to the candidates of
Scheduled Castes will be admissible as per rules of the State of
Uttarakhand.
Examination Fees Rs.1,000/- for the candidates belonging to General
category and Rs.750/- for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste,
which shall be payable in favour of ’Registrar General, High Court of
Uttarakhand, Nainital’ by way of account payee Demand Draft of any
Bank payable at Nainital.
The last date for submission of duly completed form before the
Registrar General, High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital is 16th May , 2015
by 5.00 P.M. The envelope containing the Application Form must clearly
mention on its top “Application for the H.J.S.-2015”. The High Court will
not be responsible for any delay whatsoever. Application received after
the last date shall not be entertained. The list of candidates eligible to
appear in preliminary examination shall be published on the High Court
website on or before 28th May, 2015.
