Applications are invited for the post of Driver at Desert Medicine Research Centre, Jodhpur.
Driver: One (Unreserved)
Pay Scale : PB-I-Rs.5200-20200 GP 1900 (6th CPC Part- A) Plus usual
allowances as admissible under the rules.
Essential qualification required including:
Matric/S.S.C or equivalent from a recognised board with valid driving license issued by RTO
of any State and authorized to drive Light Motor Vehicles (Goods & Passenger) and Two
wheeler with/without Gear and two years experience in recognised organization/Institute.
Preference will be given to those who have license other than above to drive Heavy Motor
Vehicle (Goods & Passenger) and three Wheelers (Auto Rickshaw).
Age Limit Not exceeding 25 years
Age relaxation up to 5 years is allowed for Government servants, SC and ST- 5 years, OBC-3
years and Differently able persons 10 years in accordance with the orders issued by the
DOPT.
The application should be sent by post to Director, Desert Medicine Research Centre (ICMR), New
Pali Road, Jodhpur-342005 indicating on the top of the Envelope post applied for with last date in
Bold letters. He will be governed by the new restructured defined Contributory Pension system
(New Pension Scheme). Application on plain paper indicating 1. Name & Adress, 2. Date of Birth, 3.
Qualifications, 4. Experience. Photo copy of Driving Licence and all other certificates & testimonials
should be submitted along with application. Only short listed candidates will be called for Test and
Interview and decision of Director, DMRC in this regard will be final. The last date of submission of
application is 10th July, 2015. Applicants are advised to apply well-in time. DMRC will not be
responsible for postal delay. Only hard copy will be accepted.
