Applications are invited in the prescribed proforma from suitable officers for filling up the following posts on
Deputation Basis with the following prescribed criteria:-
Financial Advisor:- 01
Pay Band-3 of Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs.7600/-
Essential Eligibility Criteria :- Officers from any of the Central Organised
Accounts Services holding analogous posts or Posts in the pay scale of Rs.10000-
15200 (pre-revised) further revised to PB-3 of Rs.15600-39100 plus grade pay of
Rs.6600 with 5 years of regular service in the grade;
In the event of not finding suitable officers from the Organized Accounts Services,
officers in the Finance and Accounts Departments of Central Statutory /
Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings holding the posts of the level
specified above shall be considered.
Period of deputation shall not exceed 3 years.
Finance & Chief Accounts Officer:- 02
Pay Band-3 of Rs.15600-39100 + Grade
Pay of Rs.6600/-
Essential Eligibility Criteria :- (i) Officers from any of the Central Organized
Accounts Services holding an analogous post or a post in the pay scale of PB- 3 Rs.
Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs.5400 with 5 years regular service in the grade;
OR (ii)Audit / Accounts Officers from any of the Central Organized Accounts
Departments with 7 years’ regular service in the scale of PB- 2 Rs. 9300-34800 +
Grade Pay of Rs.4600 or equivalent.
In the event of suitable officers from the Central Government being not available,
similar officers in the Finance / Accounts Departments of the Central Statutory /
Autonomous Bodies or Public Sector Undertakings shall be considered.
Period of deputation shall not ordinarily exceed 3 years.
Administrative Officer:- 03
Pay Band-3 of Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay of
Rs.5400/-
Essential Eligibility Criteria :-Officers under the Central Govt., U.T Administrations or the Central Statutory/
Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts or with at least 3/5 years of service in
a post in the Pay scale of Rs.2000-3500/Rs.2000-3200 (revised to PB-2 Rs. 9300-
34800 + Rs. 4600 Grade Pay) or equivalent respectively and having a Degree and
experience in administration and establishment matters and also preferably in
Accounts matters. Officers possessing MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel
Management shall be given preference.
Period of deputation shall not ordinarily exceed 3 years.
The interested officers who fulfill the above qualifications/eligibility may submit their application in the prescribed
proforma at Annexure-I through proper channel to the Director, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Ansari Nagar,
New Delhi-110608, so as to reach the addressee by within 30 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in
the Employment News. The envelope containing the application(s) should be superscribed “Application for the Post of
___________________ on Deputation basis.” While forwarding their applications, it may be ensured that the particulars of
the candidates are verified and that they fulfill the eligibility conditions. Duly attested photocopies of their up to date
Confidential Reports (at least for the latest 05 years) may also be enclosed with the applications. It may also be clearly
stated that no vigilance/disciplinary proceedings is pending or contemplated against the candidates concerned.
Applications without vigilance clearance and CR Dossiers will not be considered.
