Lecturer in Garo in Government Colleges of Meghalaya (Posts 10)
Pay Scale : Rs. 17000-470-20290-EB-560-25330-760-33690/-pm plus usual
allowances as admissible under the Rules.
Qualification : Candidates must have at least Second Class Master Degree in
Garo with Honours in the subject at the Degree Level. To be
eligible to opt for UGC Scale, candidates must secure 55% marks
at Master Degree Level. Relaxation of 5% marks from 55% is
applicable for SC/ST candidates.
Preference will be given to the candidates with PhD in Garo.
Lecturer in Electronics Engineering in Shillong Polytechnic,
Shillong. (Posts 01)

Qualification : At least 2nd Class Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering
course from recognised College/University/IIT or other recognised
Technical Institute offering Degree course in Electronics
Engineering. Preference will be given to the candidates having

Engineering course from recognised College/University/IIT or
other recognised Technical Institute offering Degree course in

Assistant Soil and Water Conservation Officer in Soil and Water
Conservation Department (Posts 20)

Qualification : (a) Non Engineering background:
(i) Must have completed the basic course of Bachelor of
Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry from a
recognised University and equivalent.
(ii) Hold a certificate in Soil and Water
Conservation/Graduate Assistant/Ranger Training
Course from the Training Centre conducted by or
recognised by the Indian Council of Agriculture
Research (ICAR) or the Government of Meghalaya
with at least 5 years field experience in Soil and
Water Conservation.
(b) Engineering background:
(i) Must have completed the basic course of B.E/B.Tech in
Civil Engineering/Agriculture Engineering from a
recognised University and equivalent.
