DIRECT RECRUITMENT OF GROUP ‘C’ CIVILIAN POSTS IN IAF AT HQ CENTRAL AIR COMMAND UNITS
Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens for recruitment against various Group
‘C’ post in Pay Band of Rs.5200-20200/- with Grade Pay of Rs.1800/- and 1900/- released to under
mentioned stations/units in Central Air Command. The eligible candidates are to apply only for
one post at one place only. The details of vacant post are as follows:-
Group 'C'(Total No of Posts 47)
LDC
Qualification : 12th Pass or equivalent.
2. Must possess a speed of 35 w.p.m in
English typing or 30 w.p.m in Hindi typing on computer (35 w.p.m
and 30 w.p.m correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average
of 5 key depression for each word).
MTD
(OG)
Qualification : 1. Matric pass or equivalent.
2. Must be holding a valid Civil Driving
License for light and heavy vehicle.
3. Must possess professional
skill in driving and knowledge of motor mechanism.
4. Minimum two
years experience in driving motor vehicles
Tele
Opr
Qualification : 1. Matric pass or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in Handling of PBX
(Private Battery Exchange) from recognized Institution of Central
Government.
Cook
Qualification : Matric pass or equivalent with six months experience in trade.
MTS
Qualification : Matric pass or equivalent qualification.
Safaiwala
Qualification : Matric pass or equivalent qualification.
Mess
Staff
Qualification : Matric pass or equivalent. Experience in the trade for six month.
Dhobi
Qualification : Matric pass or equivalent and experience in the trade.
Age Limit : The age limit for Unreserved Category candidates is from 18 to 25 years as
on 30 Apr 2015.
How to apply : Application forms duly typed on A-4 size paper as per the application
format given below are required to be addressed to the Air Officer Commanding/ Station
Commander/ Commanding Officer of the place of vacancy at unit address given in column no 2
of the place of vacancy in the chart given above along with following documents (a) Passport size
photograph facing camera, attested by Gazetted Officer duly pasted on application form. (b) Attested
copy of date of birth certificate or Matriculation Certificate or School Leaving Certificate. (c)
Certificate of SC/ST/OBC/PH issued by a competent authority. (d) True copy of Employment
Exchange registration card, if any. (e) Copy of experience certificate. (f) Self-addressed envelope
of size 23 cm X 10 cm bearing ` 25/- postage stamp. (g) Character Certificate issued by
Gazetted officer or Principal of the School/College or Village Pradhan. (h) Application should
reach to addressee on or before 30 Apr 2015.
